This kit includes all seals, o rings, bearings, gears and shafts for Mercruiser I, R, MR and Alpha One sterndrive upper units from 1972-1990. It comes with a 1.62 gear ratio and a 9-9/16" long input yoke. This kit will not work with 1.94, 1.50 or a 1.81 gear ratio units. It is for use with a 1-25/32" OD top cap bearing.
