This kit includes all seals, o rings, bearings and gears for the upper unit of a Mercruiser I, R, MR and Alpha One sterndrive upper units from 1973-1990. It comes with a 1.81 gear ratio and it will not work with 1.62, 1.50 or 1.94 gear ratio units. It is for use with a 1-25/32" O.D. top cap bearing.
