Each beadlock Set Includes: 4 beadlock cases, 4 inner tubes, 4 air channels, installation powder, and installation instructions. No one can deny the benefits of traditional beadlocks when wheeling, but many times the maintenance or potential for failure (due to improper use or lack of maintenance) is too great for some offroaders to want to worry about. But what if you could put a beadlock onto a normal wheel, and to top it off make it a double bead beadlock? This is where the Staun II comes into play with its internal beadlock system. The Staun II beadlock is a pneumatic double internal beadlock system that drops into your existing wheels. These slide-in units use a heavy-duty case and inner tube to create a safe and simple beadlock. Once the Staun II system is fitted inside the wheel, you simply air the inner tube to 40 psi and it will apply pressure to your tire's beads from the inside, essentially locking them in place. The Staun II Internal Pneumatic Dual Beadlock is a tire within a tire. It divides the tire's air chamber into two separate compartments and thus has two valve stems. One is for the tire and the other for the internal beadlock. Think of the beadlock case as a mini-tire. It has a tread, two sidewalls and two beads. A heavy duty inner tube within the beadlock case forces the case to take shape and do its job. The inner tube is inflated up to 40 PSI and forces/pinches both tire beads against the wheel.
