You are buying a new Speaker and Amp kit that includes a pair of J&M's Performance series 7.25" Front Speakers, 2 of J&M's 5.25" Performance Rear Speakers and a J&M 360 Watt 4 Channel Amp that will fit 1998-2005 Harley-Davidson Ultra Classic models with 4 speakers.

The Performance Speakers are the largest diameter speakers that can be installed into the Harley BatWing style fairing and include Speaker Grills with Mid-Range and Tweeter speakers. Since they are designed for use with amplifiers up to 140 Watts per channel, we have included a value priced amp that will power them correctly. This will give you the best sound possible for your investment.

The speakers are designed at 2 ohms impedance with an impressive 140 watts maximum input. They provide a solid gain in the mid/high frequency range and base response when powered by an amp. Included are the speakers, grilles, mounting adapters, hardware and complete instructions.

The 360 watt, 4 Channel Amp is a full range class D amplifier and puts out 90 Watts RMS per channel (360w total) driven continuous into a 2 ohm load @ 14.4vdc. Custom made plug-n-play wiring harnesses are included with this amplifier kit with top quality heavy gauge power/ground wires for the fused battery connection, along with complete installation/operation instructions. Note that this amp does not include a mounting bracket since the radio in these year models is too large for the standard brackets. We recommend using wide velcro (not included) and mounting the amp on top of the radio. You should mount the amp as far as possible towards the radio face so the outer fairing can be reinstalled and double check fitment clearances before securing the amp to the radio .
