Magnum MaxDry STL steel carrier gaskets feature super premium FKM synthetic rubber precision-molded onto an aluminized steel carrier, for the most demanding intake manifold applications. These gaskets offer maximum protection from exposure to harsh chemical environments. Many late model engines have separate lower and upper intake manifolds. The lower manifold gaskets seal the manifold against the cylinder head port surface, similar to older models. The upper manifold must also be sealed top and bottom.
