The Pilot Trans.Urban jacket was built to be your everyday workhorse motorcycle jacket. It is constructed of heavy duty 600D NPF, 1680D Ballistic NPF, 1000D FlexDura outer shell and REISSA waterproof inner shell. Combined with a removable thermo-liner for warmth the Trans.Urban Jacket provides top of the line abrasion resistance as well as all-weather comfort. Additional safety features include removable CE approved micro cellular PU armor in elbows and shoulders that is impact absorbing and disbursing. Adjustability of motorcycle clothing is more than just a mater of aesthetics. Ability to dial in fit insures that the jackets armor is in the correct location and prevents distracting flapping during riding. The Trans.Urban features adjustable Velcro waist straps with TPR pulls, adjustable snap-down sleeve straps and hidden snap down collar keeper to keep collar from flapping in wind while open. A host of useful design features have been incorporated, like Pilots REDTAB system which highlights each pocket and connecting point with red accent for easy locating in low light conditions. In addition a long vertical zippered chest map pockets with key clip, lower snap down envelope pockets, hand warmer pockets and a lower back zippered storage pass-through pocket offer a ton of usable storage options. The Trans.Urban is also integrates easily with ride along electronics. A Cable assist loop near helps guide headphone cables and a cable pass-through in lower left hand pocket allows for heated clothing controls to be readily at hand while riding. The Trans.Urban jacket features a two year warranty to protect against defects and premature failure.
