With the hot stapler, you can literally bury the staples into the plastic.
It's very easy to use: Simply insert the staple into the end of the wand.
Span the tear in the plastic with the staple.
Press the button that is on the wand.
This will heat the staple allowing the staple to melt half way into the plastic.

Release the button. Wait a few seconds for the plastic to cool. Remove wand from the staple. Snip away the excess staple. The hot stapler works on ALL thermoplastics. It does NOT work on thermoset plastics like urethane. It works especially well on broken headlight tabs, and bumper covers.
