Suzuki Z400 Performance Exhaust Insert, 2003-2009 model years LTZ/DVX/KFX 400. Phoenix Performance Exhaust Insert, all stainless steel construction. Large 1-3/4 inch exhaust insert replaces the factory 7/8-inch unit for real power gains and better sound performance. Includes working spark arrestor for safety. Not just a shiny endcap but a tuned performance insert! The length of the insert tube is critical to sound performance and exhaust flow: this insert protrudes into the chamber of your muffler, using the design of the stock muffler to produce the best performance possible. Replacing the factory insert, this spark arrestor insert simply bolts on using the supplied hardware and factory sealing ring. No drilling required, simply unbolt stock unit, and bolt on the power. Will fit all model years of LTZ 400, KFX 400, and DVX 400. What you get is performance equivalent to many name brand exhaust slip-ons. And, the sound is awesome, performance without being too loud. 10-15% power increase over stock when used with the recommended jetting and no airbox lid! Noise output tests between 91-93db.
