A. Unit does not include the Mechatronic / TCM module. If your TCM / Mechatronic unit has failed, you must purchase a complete NEW valve body from the dealer. B. In order to verify that we have the model you require we will need the following information: Solenoid colors and number of solenoids, Casting number off of the main valve body, separator plate ID code (three digits starting with a letter) and separator plate ZF part number. This is a completely rebuilt valve body for the ZF 6HP series of transmissions. These units are notorious for several complaints, the most common being: 2-1 downshift bump , 4-5 shift flare harsh upshifts, harsh downshifts and TCC clutch failure and overheating. Our rebuilt valve body incorporates 8 new upgraded wear resistance upgraded valve assemblies. Units are fully tested prior to shipping and have our standard 1 yr warranty.
