Made from high-quality .08" aluminum with a powder coat finish for added durability and sleek appearance. Intake tubes are ceramic coated inside and out to reduce heat soak by keeping radiant heat from penetrating the ambient intake air. Applied 3/8" thermal insulation in the box prevents heat transfer from the engine bay and keeps incoming air cool.
Clear viewing window on lid allows for easy filter inspection; lid removes for fast filter cleaning.
Update kit includes: insulated air box, air box lid with clear viewing window for easy filter inspection, and 4.0" (102mm) thermal coated intake tube
