The RV-16 is a convex blind spot mirror that helps to extend your field of vision whilst driving. The self-adhesive application is simple and easy to fit. The small design allows it to be attached in the corner of your existing mirror and helps to increase your sight in blind spot areas. Having read other reviews about different brands I decided to go for the Summit convex mirrors. They're really useful for reverse parking and overtaking, but if it is raining I find that wiping off the rain drops with a sponge before trying to reverse helps a lot. As a full member of the Institute of Advanced Motorists, I highly recommend those mirrors, but they have to be mounted in the correct position at the bottom right / left hand edge of the door mirrors, NOT on the inside edge as is often the case that I have witnessed.
