The exhaust note produced is best described as being deep and throaty without suffering from the shrill whine normally associated with other manufacturer's straight through muffler canisters. Incorporates Two Brothers exclusive technologies and premium construction materials. The shape and orientation is determined by Two Brothers R&D department, based on a performance criteria checklist. Includes U.S. Forest Service-approved removable spark arrestor and P1-X Powertip for each canister. The new Two Brothers M-7 V.A.L.E.™ exhaust systems feature the exclusive Teflon-coated, blunted, cast magnesium outlet and the exclusive X-Lite™ retaining ring. The P1X PowerTip™ sound suppressor is a recommended accessory for exhaust systems with M series endcaps. A straight-through sound diffuser, the TBR PowerTip™ quiets the pipe to about 7 - 8 dB with no significant reduction in horsepower. Not recommended for use with a spark arrestor screen. Like all of Two Brotehrs' other sound suppressors, the P1X is very easy to install - simply unbolt your existing M-7 endcap, drop in the P1X and reassemble. U.S. Forestry Service-approved Spark Arrestors are included with all aluminum M-7 V.A.L.E.™ off-road exhaust systems. These tips mute the exhaust tone slightly with absolutely no loss of horsepower. Additionally these tips prevent the introduction of foreign matter into the exhaust system.
