How to use Lo.gas's gas kits? Easiest and fastest way to start from Zero(Take 4cyl CNG injection kits as example): 1. Check visualized installation diagram for a general view of how full system joint; 2. See 4Cyl gas ECU wiring diagram; 3. See Installation pictures; 4. Study manual: "installation manual.pdf", "Programming Guidance.pdf"; 5. Start your conversion on a car and contact Lo.gas if questions during installation; (Installing other Lo.gas gas systems: take above steps as reference.)
Lo.gas Propane LPG Suction System (Traditional Aspirated System/single point injection system) Conversion kits, suitable to EFI as well as carburetor gasoline engines:
1. LPG traditional Vaporizer (Engine power high than 140KW or displacement 4.0Liter may require 2 ones);
2. Gas Emulator (6/8 cylinder cars will require 2 ones);
3. Fuel selector: Petrol-gas changeover switch;
4.Air-fuel Mixer: Measure your air intake hose near the throttle body where the mixer will be installed and select an appropriate sized mixer that will fit inside the air intake (sizes we have: 52/63/72/82mm, DO NOT provide other sizes currently); Will require 2 ones If engine had dual air intake hoses;
5. High Pressure steel Tubing: dia6mm*6m long;
6. Low pressure hoses: Water Hose and Gas Hose;
7. Manually adjusted Power valve;
8. Mounting Fittings: For sealing and fixing these gas components;
9. Not Included Items here: LPG tank, Multivalve, Tank brackets, LPG refilling valve, filling hose (Too heavy to ship or may not suit to your local requirements).
