How to use Lo.gas's gas kits? Easiest and fastest way to start from Zero(Take 4cyl CNG injection kits as example): 1. Check visualized installation diagram for a general view of how full system joint; 2. See 4Cyl gas ECU wiring diagram; 3. See Installation pictures; 4. Study manual: "installation manual.pdf", "Programming Guidance.pdf"; 5. Start your conversion on a car and contact Lo.gas if questions during installation; (Installing other Lo.gas gas systems: take above steps as reference.)
Lo.gas Mehtane CNG Normal Suction system (Aspirated system/Mixer System/single point injection system) Conversion kits, suit to EFI as well as carburetor PETROL engines:
1. CNG traditional reducer (Engine power high than 140KW or displacement higher than 4.0Liter may require 2 ones);
2. Gas Emulator (6/8 cylinder cars will require 2 ones, will cost higher);
3. Petrol/gas Change-over Switch;
4. Air-fuel Mixer: Measure your air intake hose near the throttle body where the mixer will be installed and select an appropriate sized mixer that will fit inside the air intake (sizes we have: 52/63/72/82mm, DO NOT provide other sizes); Will require 2 ones If engine had dual air intake hoses;
5. CNG manometer;
6. High Pressure steel line: dia 6mm*length 6m;
7. Low pressure Hoses;
8.Power valve;
9. Mounting Fittings: For fixing and sealing these gas components;
10. Not Included Items here: CNG tank, tank valve, brackets for fixing the tank, CNG refill valve (too heavy to ship or may not suit to your local requirements).
