These lightweight, T-6065 aluminum is T6 heat treated for maximum strength and minimal weight to replace the steel lower control arms that are supplied from the factory, lowering unsprung weight, reducing jacking forces. The soft OEM bushings are replaced by hardened rubber bushings for resistance to suspension deflection during high-performance driving. NOTE: We have been notified of different bolt diameters on European-spec EP3s and other chassis, so the inner eye-bolt might need to be drilled out if the OEM bolt on your application is larger than the 0.367" inner diameter hole of the inner eye-bolt. Please make note of this and measure the diameter of your hole prior to purchase-- you can measure the diameter without removing the bolt by checking the diameter of the threading on the opposite side of the sub frame bolt.
