Factory Connection offers a wide range of Pressure Spring rates to enable your "Twin Chamber" style forks to be tuned effectively for rider weight, year / model of bike and type of riding.
Most all the rates they offer and recommend will provide a plusher, more forgiving ride on smaller / square edged type bumps and obstacles such as braking bumps, acceleration bumps, rocks, roots and logs.
Typically, the lighter rates are utilized for off-road applications, smaller displacement bikes as well as lighter weight riders.
The medium rates are for average weight riders and motocross type applications.
