VGX premium brake disc sets include ceramic semi-Metallic and severe Duty formulations. The pads feature proprietary friction formulas and a unique noise-reduction shim that is installed with a patented attachment process. This results in a low-noise and low-dusting brake pad that has reliable performance and a great pedal feel on passenger car and light truck applications. All parts in the VGX premium series come fully equipped with factory-attached shims. VGX Brake Pads are proven to deliver industry leading performance and wear characteristics. In addition these integrally molded pads follow original equipment design specifications in areas such as chamfering slotting and wear sensor design.VGX Brake Pads are all North American made manufactured and packaged in our own brake plant which is located in Cambridge Ontario.The different formulations are denoted by their prefix:• "CE" - Ceramic - pads and single use moly-lube only in a box package• "MF" - Metallic - pads and single use moly-lube only in a box package• "SD" - Severe Duty - pads and single use moly-lube only in a box package
