The sleeves are chrome and the caps are chromed plastic (plastic caps are necessary because of galvanic corrosion caused by metal caps contacting TPMS stems).Please be aware that these caps and sleeves are made to fit American and some foreign cars and trucks that have active tpms systems with rubber snap in valve stems. If your car has a stem like the one in the picture with the long black plastic cap, these will fit.
