High-Performance Penetrating Lubricant is an advanced-formula penetrant and lubricant with rust and corrosion inhibitors and solvents that quickly help remove and penetrate rust, grime and grease while easing the removal of frozen parts. Meets U.S. and NATO military specification MIL-L-63460 as a metal lubricant, cleaner and preservative. Reclaimed CO2 is used as the propellant instead of flammable butane or propane to reduce air pollutants.
