Designed for carburetor and throttle body injection assemblies with a 5-1/8 inch neck, Spectreâs cowl hood style air cleaner assemblies come with a 3, 4 or 5 tall HPR air filter. These air filters are available with our red, blue, black or white media. In addition, these assemblies come with a triple chrome plated or Extraflow air filter lid. The powder coated drop base lowers the air cleaner, resulting in an overall height of 2.5 inches from the carburetor flange to the air box sealing edge. The open top air box base is designed for cars and trucks with cowl style hoods so that they seal to the underside hood, drawing cool outside air from the base of the windshield.
