For use in automotive, marine, heavy-duty engines (gas, diesel, marine, 2-stroke), compressor pumps, and other suitable equipment. Can be used in older engines, as well as modern engines. DIRECTION: Directly replace the motor oil during oil change with specific viscosity rating (i.e. 5W-40); Polytron MTC added in.
Polytron Full Synthetic Motor Oil is made of premium synthetic oil with a standard additive package, while adding Polytron proprietary complementary additive, Metal Treatment Concentrate (MTC). Scientific breakthrough, Polytron MTC treats the metal surfaces, not oil; reduces friction significantly. Polytron does not contain any solid particles (i.e. PTFE, Zinc, etc) and is not viscosity modifier. Originally developed for military/government applications

In addition to a standard additive package that is used in typical synthetic motor oils, Polytron Full Synthetic Motor Oils contain Polytron Metal Treatment Concentrate (MTC), a complementary additive package, which is a breakthrough in micro-lubrication technology. Under heat and pressure, Polytron MTC additive package converts metallic friction surfaces into wear-resisting, "smooth" surfaces resulting in much lower friction and much longer wear-life. This technology combined with fully synthetic motor oil, contributes greatly to slower oil oxidation and much lower concentration of wear and combustion contaminants, resulting in much longer service intervals compared to other synthetic motor oils. Many end users have experienced extended oil change intervals of 30,000 miles to up to 50,000 miles. Have been used in may industrial and commercial application with solid track record, including trucks, trains, cabs/autos, power plants, cargo ships, factories, farms, and military. Not recommended for silver bearing (uncommon). To extend maintenance interval, monitor the condition by performing used oil analysis.
