Owners of B&W Companion part # 3000, that have recently purchased a new Ford Super Duty with the hitch prep package, will want to order B&W part # RVB3300. This is the base kit only of B&W's OEM Companion 5th wheel hitch. The center head and support arms from your 3000 will bolt to the RVB3300 base to create one whole part # 3300. B&W part # 3300 is a fifth wheel hitch that is designed to mount to a Reese Elite Series rail kit which is the factory OEM hitch that some Ford Super Duty trucks now come equipped with. Just like the factory Ford hitch the B&W OEM Companion mounts inside of the bed using the four puck locations with a quick release lever but has all the great features many B&W Companion owners have grown accustomed to. The head offers full articulation, has cam action latching handle to lock the 1" thick wrap-around jaws, and is supported on polyurethane bushings for a smooth rattle free ride. B&W's OEM Companion offers three mounting positions which can add up to two inches of extra cab clearance.
