MAGNUM 12V HHO PWM w/ FREQUENCY CONTROL & external potentiometer. Pulse Width Modulation is a method of transmitting information on a series of pulses. PWM is a modulation technique for forming variable width pulses to represent the amplitude of an analog wave. Voltage adjustment allows you to control the volume of hydrogen production. PWM's are essential component of any water4gas system. They're extremely effective in reducing heat and controlling amperage. Optimal hydrogen production depends on several factors affecting fuel consumption as well. You need to establish fully active hydrogen production without extreme heat generation would lead to undesired loss in HHO performance. You might need to set the volume of hydrogen production with the PWM unit's potentiometer. While adjusting the pot check electrolyser in tank. The more fresh bubbles come up to the surface the stronger the generation is. Right end means maximum production. Dial the pot slowly clockwise & see bubbling. Wait 30 seconds after each quarter turn, process is delayed. On some cells, higher frequencies can produce more HHO gas with less amps. The frequency can be adjusted from 100 Hz to 2 Khz with another pot. Dial clockwise the potentiometer to increase & counterclockwise to reduce frequency. PWM's are extremely effective in reducing heat and controlling amperage. We strongly discourage anyone installing a HHO conversion kit directly to the battery without PWM. THIS PWM IS RATED @ 100 AMPS ON 12V VOLTAGE. Never load the unit with any consumer drawing more than 100 Amps current constantly. No surge function. MAINTENANCE Check ventilator fan's proper operation monthly. Ball bearing provides extra long endurance.
