The Work-Horse Heavy Cut Compounding Wool Buffing Pad is ideal to clean up, restore and revive dull, oxidized or recently color-sanded paint. This heavy-cutting pad is very aggressive and is designed for serious cutting and is designed for long life professional use. This pad will restore dull, heavy oxidized paint when combined with a compound. The Work-Horse Heavy Cut Compounding Wool Buffing Pad is designed to be better and longer lasting than traditional wool pads. It is 1.5 inch thick to be more durable. Wool pads are designed and developed to transfer more heat from the polisher to the paint surface than traditional foam pads. The Work Horse Cutting Pad is made of 100 percent wool twisted into hundreds of individual strands. The tight twisting allows the pad to operate at a consistent level of aggressiveness for longer periods of time in order to deliver a more even and accurate cut. This wool buffing pad is a 100 percent 4-ply twisted wool yarn.
