This is a two piece design to lay over the black plastic cowl vent area One side has the vent cutouts in it to match up to the factory vent cut outs found on the original black plastic cowl section The main portion (drivers side) laps over the other half where they join in the center It attaches using all new stainless hardware and the same five mounting holes as the original one does Each kit comes with all the needed hardware and easy to follow directions. Installs in minutes, nothing to drill! This gives the underhood a nice finishing touch.
