This Clutch will fit your Genuine Denso (OEM) compressor. It will NOT fit after-market units.
Make sure your compressor is the Original (OEM) Denso compressor.

It is an A/C Compressor Complete CLUTCH ASSEMBLY. ............ This Item fits: Chevy Avalanche 1500 & 2500 from 2002 - 2006 V8 5.3 Liter, V8 8.1 Liter engines and Avalanche from 2007 - 2009 With V8 5.3 Liter, V8 6.0 Liter engines. .....................This Clutch will not fit any after-market compressor............................ The only component on your compressor, that never stops moving, is your clutch and most failures are the clutch NOT the compressor. Why spend $100.00's to replace the compressor when for less than $100.00 you can replace the Clutch only? If you have basic mechanical skills you can do it by yourself without dealing with the Refrigerant.
