Adjustable Transmission Crossmember with a Double Hump for 1979-1993 Mustangs with a T-5 or AOD Transmission and a True Dual Exhaust System. This crossmember is a double hump design that simplifies installation of dual exhaust systems on Fox platform vehicles. The outer tubes are not welded to the center support, and therefor can be adjusted to fit most engine and transmission combinations. Includes bushings. This is a direct fit for all Fox platform vehicles with a 4-1/2" mounting dimension between the crossmember mounting brackets. It can be used on Fox platform vehicles with a 2-1/4" mounting dimension by relocating the brackets. Applications: - 1982-1993 Mustang/Capri, 4-1/2" mounting dimension - 1980-1988 T-Bird/Cougar, 4-1/2" mounting dimension - 1982 Fairmont/Zephyr, 4-1/2" mounting dimension - 1983+ LTD/Marquis, 4-1/2" mounting dimension - 1978-1981 Fairmont/Zephyr, 2-3/4" mounting dimension - 1979-1981 Mustang/Capri, 2-3/4" mounting dimension - 1981-1982 Granada/Monarch, 2-3/4" mounting dimension *Does not fit 1982 and later Continental or 1984 and later Mark VII, because they have a unique crossmember.
