VHT Prime Coat is an excellent foundation for any enamel, acrylic or synthetic lacquer. It provides a tough, air-dry base with excellent adhesion to intermediate and top coatings. VHT Prime Coat is specially formulated to fill scratches or pin holes caused by sanding or body fillers to form a strong corrosion barrier.
