F398 H.P.Primer is a fast dry primer specifically developed to increase adhesion of Rubber Dip rubber coating to metals and/or shiny surfaces. Can be easily applied as a spray, brush, or dip coating and offers fast set up time with a high coverage rate. Typically applied in one application, only extreme corrosion and abrasion requires a second or third coat. RUST-OLEUM brand primers are not compatible with Rubber Dip. Available in 11oz Spray, Quart, 1 Gal, 5 Gal, 54-Gal Drum.
