Put up to 40hp and 51lbs. x ft. torque to your N54/N55 today! The aFe Power SCORCHER Module is designed to alter the pressure sensor signals to increase turbo boost to an optimum level throughout the entire RPM range. The result is a harmonious balance between power, throttle response and drivability. This module provides a hassle-free installation with no cutting, drilling or splicing required during the 30 minute installation time. Factory electronic accessories are not affected by installing the Scorcher module. Sensor A Style: The BMW N55 came with two types of TMAP/MAP Sensors. This Module accommodates the Sensor 1 style. The Sensor 1 TMAP/MAP sensor is identified by having a smooth connector housing and a raised square located between the mounting bolt locations. The TMAP sensor is located on the drivers side of the engine, mounted on the charge pipe between the factory air box and the strut tower.
