This cover provides greater oil capacity over the stock cover for cooler running temperatures.
3/16 inch thick wall construction adds strength to the differential housing
Sand Cast Aluminum Construction with Raised Fins to dissipate heat
Machined gasket surface for a secure seal using RTV or factory reusable gasket
Oil changes without removing the cover.

This cover was designed to provide extra oil capacity for Dodge and GM Trucks. The cover fits some 2003 and newer Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 models as well as GM Siverado and the Sierra 2500 HD and 3500 with the Duramax or 8.1 engine. The Dodge Ram 2500 may have either a 10.5 inch or 11.5 inch ring gear. Be sure to check before ordering.
