The LS2 FF385 CR1 is identical in form and function to the FF396 CR1, with the exception that the fit for the FF385 is oval shape and it has an additional adjustable forehead vent. It's everything you need in a high performance motorcycle helmet, and nothing that you don't. The F385 CR1 is LS2's top-end sport and racing helmet. The lightweight, aerodynamic tri-composite fiberglass shell cuts through the wind while the built-in AirGo air pump adjustable cheek pads and double D-ring chinstrap keep the helmet comfortably where it belongs, allowing the rider to pay attention to the business at hand. Since riding hard is hard work, the liner is bacteria and odor resistant, and is fully removable and washable. We recommend that you hand wash and air-dry liners. The helmet comfort padding is cut using LS2’s 3D Laser Technology to ensure an optimal fit. So you can keep your eye on the competition, the Fog Fighter shield is scratch resistant and optically correct and can accept tear-offs. Oval shape fit. DOT/ECE approved.

It’s all in the fit. A helmet will only work if you wear it, and you’re much more likely to wear it if it’s comfortable and it fits properly. LS2 Helmets are designed with the rider in mind and we offer a variety of helmets to fit a variety of head shapes.

The FF385 CR1 is designed for people who prefer an oval shaped helmet.

AirGo Fit System

The LS2 AirGo fist system allows the rider to adjust the fit of their helmet using a built-in air pump to inflate the cheeks. To inflate the pads, you simply pump the larger center button on the inside of the chin bar. Press the smaller button to the side of the inflate button to release the air prior to removing your helmet.

NOTE: So you don’t feel like your eyes are going to pop out, the change when pumping up the pads is subtle. Keep pumping until you get the custom fit you desire. When you first try it, pump it several times and then hit the release button until you get the feel of how much pressure is available.

3D Laser Cut Pads

LS2 invested in a 3D laser cutter to allow us to cut our cheek pads from one solid piece of high quality foam. Some other companies build up their cheek pads using a “stair-step” layering of single sheets of foam. We’ve found that a 3D formed pad keeps the rider more comfortable and avoids “hot spots” during a long day in the saddle. LS2 covers the foam with a technical fabric that wicks moisture to help you stay drier and more comfortable.

Removable, Washable Liner

The comfort liner on the LS2 CR1 is fully removable and washable. LS2 Helmets liners are treated to resist bacteria and odor. PLEASE NOTE: Always wash your liner by hand and allow to air dry to help it keep its shape.

Even with the AirGo Fit System, you can still remove the cheek pads for cleaning.

NOTE: Notice the air spout on the inside of the cheek pad. You want to be sure to keep it straight and press it directly into the small red port inside the helmet when installing.
