ALL BBK short unequal length 99-03 F150/Expedition 5.4L headers are manufactured with 1 5/8"CNC mandrel bent tubing for un-restrictive airflow and a one piece laser cut flange for added strength and durability. ALL BBK exhaust headers are pressure tested to ensure leak free performance. Every BBK shorty tuned length exhaust header is designed and dyno tested at the BBK headquarters in Southern California to maximize the performance potential of your vehicle. BBK headers offer distinctive quality that guarantees many years of top performance. These BBK CNC Series headers fit 99-03 F150 97-02 Expedition 5.4L models. They are also available with our optional high-temp show quality silver polished ceramic coating or chrome finish. NOTE: Will not fit F-250 chassis! Does not fit 03 & later Expedition.
