ACCEL's Matrix Heat Shield Mat incorporates all the features of the matrix heat shield wrap in an easy-to-use, self-adhesive 12x24-inch sheet. Ideal for use on fuel tanks because it prevents the fuel from boiling, on intakes and air boxes to reduce incoming air temperatures, and under fairings to prevent melting, ACCEL's Matrix Heat Shield Mat outperforms standard foil stickers by as much as 60 percent. These innovative .008-inch-thick sheets can withstand 1200 degrees Fahrenheit continuous and 1800 degrees Fahrenheit intermittent temperatures, adhere to almost any clean surface, and can easily be cut into any configuration with just a pair of scissors.
