The TPO Parts axle nut socket is designed to be the best available for your bike. Don't bother with the expensive factory tool or cheaply made imports. TPO Parts delivers the best tool for the job, period:The TPO socket is made in the USA from 100% solid STAINLESS STEEL. Unlike competing tools made from Aluminum, ours will never wear out or round off. The torque spec on this nut is very high. You do not want to trust this to an aluminum socket! The TPO socket is so tough that you can use it with an impact wrench if you want to. Even though this socket is made from steel, it is not as hard than the factory nut, so you do not have to worry about damaging your bike. The TPO socket has the correct torque spec machined directly into the tool so you can't lose or forget it, and you don't need to reach for a service manual. The torque spec is provided in both metric (N-M) and imperial (ft-lb) units. The TPO socket is designed specifically for the MV Augsta wheel nuts. This socket has a special shape that grabs the flat sides of the nut only--this prevents 'rounding off'. It fits the factory nuts (which have a slight taper) AND it works with aftermarket axle nuts which may not have this taper.
