Doing a GY6 swap into a Ruckus... is more than just plug and play... it takes some serous modification from stock just to make it happen... this one small product, solves that one big problem... the carb position... not being ideal to begin with. Made in house of Billet 6061-T6 Aluminum, the PWJDM GY6 Intake Manifold Adjustable Clocking Flange is the only one on the market that is fully adjustable up to 40 degrees. Why would anybody need the adjust-ability? Why does your belt have more than just one hole? Not to say that your carb will get fatter or skinnier over time like you and i will... Its just that with all the mods we do on this scooter... you can never know for certain if you decide to run a larger filter or just need the clearance for whatever. It's nice to have the adjustment option just in case you need it... we're not charging extra for it. it's included. In addition the the adjustable feature, we also utilized an integrated Viton® O-ring seal that's good up to 400° F. We've seen people try to cut a paper gasket or use silicone which ultimately fails. Face it, silicone and gasoline doesn't work well together for long. we wouldn't want you broken down on the side of the road at 11pm all because you bought an inferior product from someone else. When PWJDM sets out to design parts, we always take a different approach to coming up with a better solution...
