Important: The following will apply to most bike models. The Dion Device perch must be installed between the on/off switch and throttle harness (except Suzuki who have a switch - throttle combo. In this case, the Device perch most be installed between the Brake master cylinder clamp and switch/throttle combo). On all other models, the switch and brake master clamp most be moved over 10 millimeter to leave room for the device perch. Most switches have a male plastic pin inside the switch housing to locate it on stock bar (this pin most be driveled out). Caution: To compensate for the removal of that plastic locator pin, you must make sure you have sufficiently tightened switch screw to prevent it from rotating out of position. Dion Device was developed and designed in a racing environment. It is designed to fit most race bikes with aftermarket clip-ons. With the addition of the Dion Device bar extender kit it will also fit many of today's sport bikes. Although we cannot guarantee all fitments we have found in most cases that with the addition of the bar extender kit, you should have room to adjust stock controls and should also be able to fit the Dion device on models not found in the following chart. The following chart contains verified fitments.
