This older model black steel lift-assist rear gate handle bar is available for all 2001 - 2004 Subaru Legacy Wagon models to replace the original factory gate bar that is no longer available thru Subaru, and comes complete with hardware. Measures end to end 28 5/8" and bolt to bolt 26 3/4". WARNING! Gate bars are assist handles to be used to raise and lower the lift gate and never should be used as a tie-down.
