Advanced Knee Protection System

The Ultra CELL Knee Protection System is without question the most technologically-advanced Knee Protection System available. Several patented revolutionary design concepts come together in unison to create this System. The A.R.C. Cuff's ability to be totally adjustable for fit, yet remain rigid, along with a superior fastening design in partnership with Boa Technologies, a natural free-motion, rolling-gliding hinge, tibial plateau-capturing frame design, brace-to-boot tether attachment, and a full time-full coverage patella cup, sets this Knee Protection System decades ahead of all the rest. Undersleeves and Tethers are included.

A.C.M. Frame

The anatomically correct design is built on a carbon fiber epoxy matrix structure, which allows it to be rigid and lightweight and distribute impacts safely.

Asymetri-Glide Hinge

The asymetrical hinge tracks the natural "rolling-gliding" motion of the knee joint and allows each hinge to set properly, as well as allowing for automatic tibia alignment of the lower frame. The adjustable extension regulator can be adjusted from 0-30 degrees. The inclusion of Condyle shims helps you fine tune the fit.

A.R.C. Cuff

The Adjustable Retention Control cuff provides multiform rigid lateral support, with built-in anti-rotation connection. Stainless steel retention strips and inverted adjustment increases the lateral rigidity. The cuff is thermo-formed from EV50 shock absorbent foam padding.

Anti-Rotation Tether

An adjustable anti-rotation tether links the brace to the boot, making them as one to transfer forces from lower leg rotation.

Dual Independent Securement System

The superior security in strapping is provided by a Boa closure system that provides smooth, even closure with no pressure points. Quick release tabs allow the brace to be removed quickly and safely.

Telescoping Patella Cup

A telescoping, three piece design for the patella cup allows for full range-of-motion coverage of the knee cap. Constructed of high-impact Nylon 6 material with thermo-formed EV50 shock absorbent foam padding, the patella cup is easily removable for adjustment and cleaning.

The EV50 shock-absorbing padding of the Ultra Cell is thermo-formed for precise fit, meaning that it forms to your leg shape using your body heat. Plus, it's easy to clean.

Made of non-corrosive metals, non-corrosive composites, and hand-washable soft materials, the Germ Youth Knee Brace is water resistant, making it ideal for comfort and stability even in inclement weather.

Undersleeves Included

The included matching undersleeves offer a conically tapered cut to match the legs' natural contour, with ventilated mesh that promotes air flow. It reduces heat build up by wicking moisture away from skin. These undersleeves feature a flat-stitched quad seam for a smooth, durable finish, plus a durable fold-over elastic band.
