This hugger is painted pearl crystal white and ready to be installed. This hugger is made of ABS plastic without the holes predrilled so you can match it up and simply drill the mounting holes. It is a perfect fit and not like the other companies' low grade fiberglass. Since our huggers are made of ABS plastic they weigh about one third the weight of the fiberglass huggers.
