Over time the compression rod bushings tend to wear out and you get excessive road noise or clanking sounds from the suspension. This is a common problem on the G35 and 350Z. You will need a press to install these bushings into your compression rod. (In some cases you will need to replace the whole compression rod arm if the ball joint has failed as well. Please make sure prior to purchase.)
