HBS Leveling spacers are steel fabricated. The heavy steel plate is CNC cut for accurate fitment and the heavy-wall tubing is a high load-bearing member to ensure maximum stability. HBS welding process produces an aerospace-grade weld. The spacer is welded all the way around on the outside diameter of the tubing, rather than being skip welded by hand on the inside. There is no chance of the welds interfering with the shock in any way.
OEM style GRADE 10.9 pressed in studs are stronger than grade 5 or grade 8 studs used by other manufacturers. Our studs are custom-designed, American-made broaching studs for superior strength. Look for the HBS on the head of the stud to ensure you have the authentic HBS spacer! OEM style GRADE 10.9 top-lock flange nuts are included with every kit to ensure a proper torque specification can be met on install and maintained throughout wear.

It is important to maintain the proper angle of the anti-sway bar to minimize wear on the anti-sway bar end links. The goal of the drop brackets is to keep the sway bar end-links in their stock (vertical) position. Doing so will avoid any excess wear on the end link bushings and extend the life of the end links. These brackets are intended to be used in combination with the HBS Dodge Ram 2.5 inch Leveling kits. NOTE: the drop brackets will not fit the 1500 IFS models.
