High horsepower engines need to be fed the proper amount of both fuel and air to keep the engine happy. The need for more air flow can mean the stock MAF sensor can get maxed out. In situations where the engine is making 320 Wheel HP or more, the factory MAF sensor will become maxed out! This limits the amount of Horsepower your ECU can be tuned for. PERRIN has devised away to literally sneak additional airflow around the MAF to increase resolution in timing and fuel maps on your tuned ECU. Combined with the wisdom of a proper tuning guru you can add tremendous horsepower and torque. Kit includes mounting hardware and instructions. See PERRIN for additional details. Also available is a new cold air extension add-on for those wishing to extract every last bit of power from an intake system. Each Intake System includes T-bolt clamps, and super tough wrinkled powder coating, silicone coupler, a PERRIN Performance foam air filter, MAF sensor housing and mounting hardware.
