This is House of Kolor Basecoat custom loaded into a Professional Spray Can for superior application compared to our competitors. Shimrin Designer Pearls (PBC) colors are univeral base coats that may simply be cleared for a final finish, or used as a base coat for Kandys and Pearls. This is a 12 ounce spray can custom filled with House of Kolor product. BC26 White is recommended by HOK for a base for this color. PBC colors require a urethane clearcoat for gloss and durability.
