ACT Modified Street Discs feature premium organic materials that have increased friction and higher copper content for better heat transfer. These discs are modified with reduced marcel for faster shift action to complement ACT pressure plates. Modified Street discs allow for quicker shifting and engagement and quieter operation. It has increased strength and reliability. Modified Street discs are recommended for street or occasional race use. All Modified, Performance and many standard replacement discs are certified as meeting SFI Specification 1.1 and are legal in all racing organizations that require SFI certification.
