The harder you pull, the firmer it wedges. Allows full 360 degrees of pull without chain touching floor. Can be removed and installed in a different location. When correctly installed, top is flush with floor when not in use. Can be easily cleaned by lifting top. a 3 1/2" (89mm) cored hole is required in concrete floor.
