As drivers are more convenient than ratchet wrenches for some applications torque drivers are more convenient than torque wrenches for some applications. Delicate applications such as fuel injectors and fasteners used in plastics are examples of low-torque applications where tolerance is extremely tight and a torque driver is ideally suited. Also torque drivers are not hand-hold sensitive. The MD1F35H is an adjustable driver with a range of 5 to 35 In/Lb. The body is constructed of steel and anodize aluminum has a CNC machined knurled grip and 1/4" male drive and comes packaged in a plastic box. The is a preset model ideal for repetitive assembly operations. Upon reaching the torque setting the driver releases to prevent over torque and automatically resets.
