Belt Tensioner

New MD998767 equivalent tool (older part# MD998752) timing belt tool/wrench for Mitsubishi engines.
Two cylinders designed to simply fix the tension pulley, adjustment by the 1/4" wrench.
Used to apply the correct amount of tension (Foot/Inches varies depending on engine) while using a torque wrench to the tensioner pulley, so as to keep the timing belt tensioned properly.
Here is a partial vehicle list for you; all take MD998767/MD998752 and some also take MD998738 tensioning bolt.

Used on almost all Mitsubishi with injection engine 4G63/4G63T 2.0L~4G64/2.4L~ 4G61~4G92~ 4G93~ 6G72-6G73-6G74-6G75 3.0L/3.5L/3.8L MMC engines in Eclipse, Talon, Laser, Galant, Galant VR4, Stealth, 3000GT/VR4, Montero, Diamante, Endeavor, Outlander, Evo.
