All etrack is cardboard packaged to minimize shipping damage. This listing includes FOUR - 1 ft. pieces of galvanized etrack with four pairs of end caps . Individually these items sell for $41.80, therefore saving $4.85 when purchasing this combination pack. The "E" track is designed to accept series E and A end fittings. All of our "E" track "O" ring fittings, adapter straps, and repositionable wheel chock mounting plates will fit. This "E" track has a galvanized coating that inhibits rust and corrosion. We prefer the galvanized etrack when utilizing on an open trailer. The powder coated etrack can easily scratch and rust and is more susceptible to the outdoor elements. In an enclosed trailer the powder coated etrack is OK, however the galvanized is more durable. We recommend installing with 1/4" bolts, locknuts, and fender washers (wide diameter). We like to install two bolts (one on each side of the flange) every 12 inches. The "E" track does an excellent job of displacing the weight. Wood screws are OK to use for installation, however we recommend two screws every 6 inches for this application.
