The exclusive EASE Reprogramming Assistant software guides you step-by-step thru the reprogramming process. It also includes many of the scan tool functions you need for reprogramming such as reading the VIN, DTCs, I/M status, MIL status & calibration and clearing DTCs. The EASE Assistant helps to eliminate the guesswork and costly mistakes, ensuring a successful reprogramming event. The software has manufacturer specific assistants for Chrysler, Ford, General Motors, Hyundai, Infiniti, Kia, Lexus, Nissan, Saab, Scion and Toyota. It also includes a universal assistant that can be used for other OEMs. These assistants are full of useful utilities and information designed to make your programming experience as easy as possible. (For example the Chrysler Asst. has part number look up and displays flash related TSBs). Each assistant provides a wizard to walk you through the steps of preparing for the programming process. They also provide links to the OEM's website and any known relearn information required after reprogramming the vehicle. You can use them to read and clear DTCs and to read Mode $0A permanent DTCs and MIL status. Many DTCs have the required learn procedures to help determine what needs to be done after a reprogram.
